Delivery in the Netherlands:
The minimum ordering amount for our Dutch customers is € 50.- (VAT excluded). When ordered items are in stock, delivery will take place within 2 weekdays.
We charge € 9,50 postage and packaging for orders between € 50.- and € 500.-. Orders that exceed € 500.- are post-paid.
When only part of your order is in stock, missing items will be forwarded to you as soon as they are available again. Naturally, delivery costs will only be charged once.

Delivery in Belgium:
The minimum ordering amount for our Belgium customers is € 50.- (VAT excluded). Provided that ordered items are in stock, delivery will take place within 3 weekdays.
We charge € 19.50 postage and packaging for orders between € 50.- and € 650.-. Orders that exceed € 650.- are post-paid.
When only part of your order is in stock, missing items will be forwarded to you as soon as they are available again. Naturally, delivery costs will only be charged once.

Delivery in Germany:
The minimum ordering amount for our German customers is € 100.- (VAT excluded). Provided that ordered items are in stock, delivery will take place within 3 to 7 weekdays.
We charge € 27.50 postage and packaging for orders between € 100.- and € 650.-. Orders that exceed € 650.- are post-paid.

Delivery in the rest of Europe:
The minimum ordering amount for European countries (except the Netherlands and Belgium) is € 100.- (VAT excluded). Provided that ordered items are in stock, delivery will take place within 3 to 7 workdays.
Delivery outside Europe:
The minimum ordering amount for countries outside of Europe is € 1,000.-. For our customers outside Europe we charge the full freight costs.

Same day delivery:
Pick up your order from the Beekwilder Distribution Centre in Diemen. If you submit your order in advance via telephone or our website, our team in Diemen will make sure it is ready for you. And they will be pleased to help you load it!
