Our team
Management
The management at Beekwilder BV comprises Managing Director Inge Wiersema and Creative Director Elsemieke Beekwilder. Since 2010, they have been the proud owners of this historical family business. Inge started her career at Beekwilder as a junior saleswoman and learned the trade by filling shelves. As a young girl she helped her father on his jewellery stall at the market, so selling has been in her blood for many years. Inge is satisfied if she can really help customers with good advice and practical solutions. Elsemieke is the granddaughter of Frans Beekwilder, founder of Frans Beekwilder BV. Appearance, styling and stores are in her DNA. In the past, half of the family’s holiday snaps pictures featured window dressing and shopping instead of the beach! There is a Christmas tree (with lights) in her office 365 days a year. Christmas has become such a tradition at Beekwilder that the tree is hardly noticeable any more.
Ambassadors
Rob and Annemieke Beekwilder are our ambassadors. They formed the management of Frans Beekwilder B.V. for 40 years. They now give advice and are financially and emotionally attached to the company that is over 90 years old.
