Solution:
The elliptical ‘window display’. This synthetic display with company logo is attached to the window with suction caps. It focuses on the shoe that deserves the attention and makes the customer stop and look at it. The first test was held in 50 stores and the shoes sold better measurably. After that the window displays were used in all European stores.
